OUR HISTORY

Driven by Demand, Shaped by Strategy

Bioside Green was originally founded to develop and commercialize Arla32 (AdBlue), leading to the creation of our first brand: BioArla. As automotive-grade urea is the key input for Arla32, Bioside naturally expanded into the urea trade, building strong supply capabilities.
To overcome logistics challenges and ensure delivery precision, we established our own fleet dedicated to transporting urea and Arla32 across Brazil.
With new market demands emerging (especially in the fuel sector) we launched BioAtlas, the international arm of Bioside Green, focused on exporting regulated fuels and specialty chemicals worldwide.

Regulatory Expansion

2020

With increasing operational complexity, Bioside secured key licenses — CETESB, Ibama, Civil Police, and Military Police and others certificates — enabling the company to commercialize chemical products with full regulatory compliance.

International Fuel Trade

2025

With a newly consolidated export route to Shanghai, Bioside Green launches BioAtlas, its international brand dedicated to the global commercialization of fuels. This strategic milestone marked the beginning of a broader expansion, allowing the company to diversify operations into other key markets across Latin America, Europe, North Africa, and Southeast Asia.

Operating under ANP License No. 208, issued on April 16, 2025, BioAtlas is officially authorized to act as a foreign trade agent in the fuel sector. This certification reinforces our institutional credibility and ensures that every transaction complies with Brazil’s regulatory framework for energy exports.

Starting with Hydrous Ethanol, the BioAtlas portfolio has grown to include Anhydrous Ethanol, Diesel, and E30 Gasoline, each delivered with full compliance, traceability, and operational rigor. This evolution represents a new chapter in global logistics and energy trade, built on structure, vision, and the operational philosophy of the Atlas Strategy.

The Beginning

2016

Bioside Green is founded with a clear purpose: to supply Arla32 (AdBlue) to the Brazilian market. As demand grew, the company expanded into the automotive-grade urea segment, giving rise to its first brand: BioArla.

Agricultural Licensing

2021

Responding to new market demands, Bioside obtained MAPA certification, allowing the company to enter the agricultural segment with products like livestock-grade urea, expanding its portfolio beyond automotive and industrial use.
